By submitting this application, I understand that my donation must be paid in full to PAWS of Hertford County through the donation link that will be sent to me following the review of this application. I understand that the donation covers the sponsorship of my chosen kennel type for one (1) year. I understand that I will have the opportunity to renew my kennel sponsorship as the expiration date approaches. I understand that kennel sponsorships are on a first-come first-served basis.
